Rough Draft · Session 01
An honest read
Two hours. Six people. Build for real.

Stop watching.
Start building.

Six people sit around a table and each build something real with AI in two hours. No expert. No slides. No hierarchy.

"Nobody really knows what they're doing. Let's figure it out together."

What it is

Six people, one table, two hours.

Everyone opens their laptop at the same time. Each person tries to build something real — right there, in front of each other. We use Claude Code: you describe what you want in plain English, and it writes the code for you. You don't need to know how to program. You don't need to know what a terminal is. You need to be willing to feel a little confused for a couple of hours.

Optional: a Claude Pro subscription ($20/month) lets you build on your own machine. Without one, you'll follow along on the projector and join fully next session.

Who this is for

Built for the curious, not the credentialed.

Product managers. Designers. Marketers. Operators. Writers. Anyone curious about building who hasn't done it before. You don't need to know how to code, what a terminal is, or where to start.

Not for engineers. We're starting at the very basics — you'd be bored. Bring a less-technical friend or teammate instead.

The trade

A small trade for a real shift.
